The feature set upgrade to the FLEXeNET portal was completed over the weekend of the 4th & 5th October without a single issue. The upgrade to the portal was made to add some more functionality to the admin functions within the system. Also included was changes to the channel allocation for members with Etrali turrets. FLEXeNET will continue to add functionality to the already feature rich portal in the coming weeks and months as it continues to work with the community members.
With three months passed since the launch of the FLEXeNET product set, we are currently seeing new members join the community on a regular basis. We now have a flow of orders for bandwidth going through our carrier order systems and we are connecting the clients as soon as the bandwidth is delivered.
Not only are we seeing new members join the community but the service is now being used on a daily basis by most of the members. It is very encouraging to see the statistics rise every day as members use the system for their latest trader voice requirements. Our NOC engineers proactively monitor all usage and seeing circuits become live from trader to trader in a few minutes is very rewarding for all.
It seems that getting traders to revenue as quickly as possible is key for trader voice managers in these market conditions. Members are now starting to abandon the traditional paper and email driven order process in favour of our instant on-line provision. Who needs to wait for revenue when you can have it on demand?
