Role: Telecoms New Business Sales Executive
Flexenet are an established global provider of telecommunications services into Tier 1 banks, brokers and fund managers in the financial markets. Building on ten years of consistent growth, Flexenet are looking to expand our London Sales Team with a new role dedicated to delivering revenue from new customer accounts in London.
Based in the Flexenet offices in the City of London, the New Business Sales Executive will be an instrumental new position in our sales team that will be responsible for delivering revenue from new customer accounts by selling Flexenet telecommunications solutions into the trading floors of the financial services industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded, excellence driven individual to drive customer growth at one of the most innovative telecoms companies in the UK.
You will be responsible for building relationships with businesses and winning new customers. This is a target driven role where high levels of activity providing an outstanding customer experience are essential for success.
Add new clients to the Flexenet network
Sell private voice telephone services into new clients
Assist clients and prospects in understanding their trader voice requirements
Be aware of and react to the competitor landscape
Deliver best in class relationship management
You are a high performing sales individual from the telecoms or related industry, with a demonstrable track record of over-performance. You are passionate about what you do, driven and tenacious. You are a prolific networker, enjoy presenting, and are confident and highly motivated.
Experience in business to business sales
Superior negotiation skills, comfortable with selling on service and not price
Good communication skills
Energy and tenacity
Experience of the telecoms (or related industry) environment and, ideally, experience of the London Financial Markets
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000/year basic with £50,000 OTE earnings.
